Town and Gown: 125 Years of LCSC & Community – an exhibit of celebration

Center for Arts & History

Opening in September and running through October of 2018, the Center for Arts & History exhibit “Town & Gown – 125 Years of LCSC & Community – an exhibit of celebration” examines the relationship the college has fostered with the community of Lewiston over the past 125 years.

The exhibit provides a retrospective of the various roles community members have played in support of LCSC, through patronage, support of athletic and artistic events, scholarships for students, and political support when the future of LCSC was in question.

This project is a collaboration of the Center for Arts & History, Continuing Education, LCSC Library, and LCSC History Professor Amy Canfield and former Idaho State Historian, Keith Petersen.

When:Sept. 6 - Oct. 27
Where:Center for Arts & History, 415 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho
